Questions for Legal Mashup next week

Here is a selection of the questions submitted that we will cover in the Legal Mashup next Thursday (more welcome – email them to stevenmoe@parryfield.com):

- Structures: What are the options for registering a Social Enterprise and what are the most common forms and why? How to ensure mission lock?

- Insurance: Boards vary widely in assets level, function, etc. What are the usual types of insurance and what should be in place?

- Trustees: What are key ways to ensure I am doing my job as a trustee well?

- Charitable purposes: What counts as a charitable purpose under NZ law? How do you decide which you fit best under?
